Cort ACC15F Review

This time I will discuss one of the classical guitar from the one of guitars manufacturer, Cort. ACC15F Cort guitars so the name is a variant of the product from one of the guitar Cort AC15 series. In principle, both ACC15F and AC15 have a specification that approximately 80% the same. A second difference guitar is similar but different only in the presence of 'cutaway' and the existence of 'Fishman EQ' alone. Because ACC15F has more features, it would be better if we discuss it at this time ACC15F. Because by discussing ACC15F, indirectly we also discuss the AC15 as well.
A sexy line behind ACC15F

APPEARANCE
What is the color of a guitar what makes you fall in love with classical nylon
guitar? Almost all guitarists must have liked the natural color as the color of their classical guitar. Perhaps because it also Cort designing this series with such color. To the surface of the body, Cort ACC15F highlight enough fiber lines that make the surface appear to be more classy. Binding simple with a color that is uniform with body side gives the impression elegant. Cutaway in the body is given so you can easily reach the fret 12 and above.
One of the interesting side of the appearance of this guitar is a line behind its body. For me the existence of this line makes this guitar look more sexy. Like a woman's body backbone line that we often see in photographic works

HARDWARE
'Slotted' guitar tuning machine was brown, though not made of iron, but with good quality help us in doing string tunings for soft spins. To facilitate your desire to play using the amps, Cort put the Fishman Classic 4 on the side of it's body. You can adjust the bass, middle, treble, and briliance on his graphic equalizer. Usually I set the bass and treble above the middle because of my personal taste.

SCALE

AC Series is designed with the same dimensions with nylon acoustic guitars in general. Nut width of 52mm with 650mm scale did not differ with nylon acoustic guitar on the market so you do not need to adjust to the Playability of this guitar. String height is also measured the distance carefully. I think the action (string height from the fretboard) this guitar is very fitting, not too low nor too high.

SOUND
ACC15F has a design and character voices that match the characteristics of physical appearance, classy and elegant. It's voice is in the midd and not boomy so that tone of voice ranging from string 1 to 6 has a uniform loudness level and there is no mutually dominate each other, especially when played without the use of amplifiers. Upper body is made of cedar wood while the sides and rear use rosewood. For the neck using a mahogany wood on the back side is made not as glossy body part that makes the surface became less doormat and allowing us in moving / movement of the palm of the hand and thumb while moving the fret. Next we tried to play this guitar with amp combo GM60C Cora. With Fishman Classic 4 votes produced enough to represent the original tone when not using the amps. Not too much treble, not bass, still remain in the region midd. Safe for those of you who like to play around with different types of settings equalizer.

CONCLUSION
This guitar is highly recommended for those of you who are looking for good quality nylon classical guitar at a price not too expensive. Seeing the facilities, quality and attractiveness owned this guitar, the price range of $ 2,000 seems quite reasonable for you to spend to get
the most sexy classical guitar.

Cort EVL K-6 Review

From many kind of Cort Guitar product may be EVL K-6 is the most qualified. The bluff resulted from it's appearance is "scary". Especially when we hear the sound it's truly designed for the rock music.
Here I try to review it based on these following aspects:
Cort EVL K-6
    1. APPEARANCE Is the main attractive thing from this guitar. Jet black color that gothic character plus inlay foster the impression that made this guitar really 'dark' nuanced. Electric guitar in general use glossy finish. But it often makes us aggravation in terms of cleanliness. For guitarists who are reluctant to have a stain that looks stuck in his guitar, sometimes glossy finish makes the use of fingerprints and a former stamp oily hands stuck to the body, so it is very troublesome to keep clean. So EVL K-6 comes with a solution to that problem. This guitar uses doff finishing the paint surface is not easy to make a dirty look like another guitar.
    2. HARDWARE The hardware side of K-6 have qualities that middle-and upper-level entrance. Body Mahony made of wood, maple neck, and ebony fingerboard. EVL K-6 is one of the few types of guitar that uses the output Cort ebony on the fingerboard where there is a 24 fret with jumbo size. Construction between the neck and body-type set-in makes the guitar more stable. 3 way toggle and 2 knobs (volume and tone) to support the configuration of 2 pieces of the legendary output EMG humbucker pickups. EMG81 on the bridge, EMG85 on the neck, where both are active pickups which soundnya supported by a 9V battery box. Pickup part is what usually most unnecessary attention of the guitarist. Naturally considering two pickup combinations are never used by the legend Dimebag Darrel and Zakk Wylde. But actually more rock and metal guitarist who uses the service of this pickup. K-6 also use the up-down tremolo that is quite soft in terms of pull and pressure. But if you find a problem in terms of stability tune of the strings, it is commonplace in the use of up-down tremolo. Maybe you should use the tremolo guitar that cost more than this if you want really stable like a guitar with a fixed-bridge or a stop-tailpiece.
    3. SCALE K-6's neck using C-type profile shape. Using a 25.5-inch scale for adjusting the fret amount . All Cort guitar production uses 25.5-inch scale 24 fret for any use, except for series G. Setting K-6 string action when you just bought at the store are usually pretty medium-lead to high. This is to provide a more harsh tone and sustain that long. Such settings are also more suitable for the portion of the balance between melody and rhythm techniques typical rock guitarist.
    4. SOUND One word which is already adequately represented by his appearance, Rock! Because using active pickups, then the influence of the type of wood and other hardware factors into the sound is generally not as if we use passive pickups. But basically use EMG81 & EMG85 output which is a solution that has a high correlation with the visual display his guitar.
CONCLUSION : Highly recommended for guitarists who fall into the category of hard rock & metal. To get the sound of rock, we do not have to make pickups boosted with an additional booster or pedal drive. The price offered was in accordance with the components used. To get a guitar with tremolo up-down with bad quality and 2 active pickups you just enough to make it legendary with a nett price ranging from $ 5,000. You can get this guitar at stores that sell MG products.

How to be a good guitarist

Actually, no tips and tricks about this. The music industry is just like any other industry that is BUSINESS. There are so many musicians who do not know this would cause them to fail in this hard industry. When someone has the intention of becoming a guitarist, they seemed to leave all the lessons taught in school. Most of them really focus on the skills and forget the outside world and become anti-social. Shut himself in his room and track experimenting for hours was OK but not usually balanced with social networking so that when it comes out of the room and showed the skill, they do not know where to go.

In my opinion, that musicians should be able to sell themselves .... yes, "sell yourself", that is what you needed in this industry so that people notice that you are a talented guitarist who can play very fast. Oh, but what happened? When you are outside the room for hours songs experimenting, you find that so many guitarists like you, even faster than you. What will happen then? You will drown among the many guitarists and not hope that you will be recognized and stand out because you only 1 of the many guitarists who play typical.

So what would you do ???
Perhaps building reference is one of the things that can be done. Open up your mind with a variety of music in this world. Try looking from the side of the music rather than skill. Just enjoy the music, not it's image, because now we have a lot of the music's image is more influential than the music. For example, you do not want to hear country music because you're afraid if someone called you "cheesy" (sorry, this is only an example). Here, you are a victim of the pettiness of your own mind. You "seeing" music...but not "hearing" music.

The next thing you can do is probably self-introspection. Try to look in the mirror while playing the guitar, then ask yourself "actually, how's my style?". You could also write 10 good things and 10 bad things when you're playing the guitar. Here will be seen the truth, what kind of guitarist you are. Do you really great at tapping? Are you good at sweeping? Are you constantly in rhythm?Etc...

By looking over yourself, you will realize that you are someone with some advantages and you should begin to explore the advantages ,and don't think too much about your weakness. Even if possible, make your weakness as excess. For example, you were very busy playing rhythm but weak in playing the lead. Take advantage of your weakness to play the beat and tempo also groove, forget to fill the lead guitar because you sucks ... yes, you suck playing lead, so make use of the advantages of your rhythm.

Remember, you are the product. A product must have a USP (Unique Selling Point) to be able to get the attention among the many products. USP was obtained from the research. When you're outgoing, you have to do research. You will further notice if you have some advantages that are not owned by anyone else in the world of this music. So, do as much research as possible and will see where you can fit-in and that's where you'll be known for your uniqueness. You will be different from other guitarists and have your own character.
